Share Your World

Share Your World is a way to get to know each other that Cee has going on her blog.  She posts weekly questions for all who wish to participate. This week’s questions and my responses are:

Almost everyone has heard of a bucket list which is a list of things you want to do before you die.  List 4 things off your bucket list that you would like to share with us.  Assume that money is no object.  Have a lot of fun with it.  Would you like to fly to the moon, dive to the bottom of the ocean, live a month in India or learn how to tap dance?  What is on your list?

  1. I would love to travel with our RV up towards the Yukon.  I have heard that it is a beautiful drive with much rugged natural scenery to enjoy.  This may actually happen in a few years…it’s a plan anyway.
  2. One other place that I have longed to travel to…again with the RV is Taos, New Mexico.  The art community there is so interesting (Georgia O’Keeffe lived there a while) and the history and scenery of the area is according to some…unsurpassed.
  3. Ever since we spent a short 10 days on the north-west coast of Haida Gwaii we have both wanted to go back.  This time around we would spend the extra $ on ferrying the RV over and stay for at the very least 2 months so we could take in the entire island.
  4. I’m in the process of my #4.  I am bound and determined to learn the fine art of watercolor painting.  So far I have developed a pretty good inventory of “what does not work”, “what not to do”, and “oh crap I did it again”.

Today’s “stone” is Day 23  steely grey calm, frosty ice fog, even the trees look cold
