So, here is my workout for week seven:

  • Monday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 5 minutes running
    • 1.75 minutes walking
    • 5 minutes running
  • No repeats
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Wednesday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 5 minutes running
    • 1.75 minutes walking
    • 5 minutes running
  • No repeats
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Friday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 5 minutes running
    • 1.75 minutes walking
    • 5 minutes running
  • No repeats
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down

Today’s “stone” is Day 365  last day of the year, a sense of accomplishment, fitness
