So, here is my workout for week seven (six originally):

  • Monday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 2.5 minutes running
    • 1.75 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
  • No repeats
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Wednesday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 2.5 minutes running
    • 1.75 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
  • No repeats
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Friday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 2.5 minutes running
    • 1.75 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
  • No repeats
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down

Today’s “stone” is Day  358  getting a head start, turkey dinner preps
