I am going to repeat the workout from Week five.  We have had a lot of dogs boarding with us and continue to do so.  There are 2 segregated packs for safety sake and a lot of what I refer to as ‘traffic control’.   Added to that general mayhem are dog grooming appointments coming and going. The end result has been not enough time and space to get the treadmill going.  I missed both Wednesday and Friday this past week so it will be the same as the last to keep the momentum up.

    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
  • No Repeat s
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Wednesday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
  • No Repeat s
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Friday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
  • No Repeat s
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
