So, here is my workout for week five:

  • Monday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
  • No Repeat s
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down

 

  • Wednesday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
  • No Repeat s
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down

 

  • Friday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 4 minutes running
    • 2.5 minutes walking
    • 4 minutes running
  • No Repeat s
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down

Today’s “stone” is Day 344  living to as max a max as I can, hoorah, endorphin high
