So, here is my workout for week four:

  • Monday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 1.5 minutes running
    • 45 seconds walking
    • 2.5 minutes running
    • 1.25 minutes walking
  • Repeat the above running/walking intervals 2 times
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Wednesday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 1.5 minutes running
    • 45 seconds walking
    • 2.5 minutes running
    • 1.25 minutes walking
  • Repeat the above running/walking intervals 2 times
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down
  • Friday
    • 5 minutes of walking to warm up
    • 1.5 minutes running
    • 45 seconds walking
    • 2.5 minutes running
    • 1.25 minutes walking
  • Repeat the above running/walking intervals 2 times
  • 5-10 minutes of walking to cool down

Today’s “stone” is Day 337  feels great, healthy, a good workout
