Night Follies

Night Follies

As dusk it doth belie the day

Create a change in viewing way

One sees the landscape bright

Turn dark as dark as night.

Then do the owls: whoo-whoo whoo-whoo

To charm the tiny mice they woo;

Come join us in a meal

Not telling the true deal.

As scampering away they go

The woodland bunnies lying low;

As owls turn heads their way

Dare not to stay and play.
