A gift to the world...Mahatma Gandhi

When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it–always.” ― Mahatma Gandhi—

Today is a day of Remembrance for those who perished in war. Loving and hopeful feelings, through our collective energy, can envelop all people of the world with a positive sense of global interconnectedness as we reflect on this day. Directing our energy toward peaceful coexistence achieved through non-violent communication can encompass the world. There is an omnipresent invisible field of electric and magnetic energy that connects us all. This energy that follows thoughts and feelings is the substance of the universal laws of manifestation and attraction. As individuals we can join in a world-wide movement on this Remembrance Day to enhance interconnectedness. During our moments of silence while we reflect on those we have lost; add a strong positive desire for world peace. Each of us can dedicate the entire day to expressions of appreciation, generosity, caring and sharing. Everyone can sit in brief intention meditation as a preamble to a day of practicing global love and forgiveness. We can be creative in many ways that we are talented and give our creativity to others as a gift representative of our belief that world peace is attainable. The very belief in world peace and a commitment to non-violent communication in daily life is a gift in itself. Smile with loving thoughts throughout your whole day. Feel the global love coming your way and pass it on. The extra bonus of this practice is that can be carried on throughout every day of the year.

“We are constantly being astonished at the amazing discoveries in the field of violence. But I maintain that far more undreamt of and seemingly impossible discoveries will be made in the field of nonviolence.”

—Mahatma Gandhi—
